At One Heart Medical, we provide quality, comprehensive healthcare with a patient-centered approach.
Founded in Woodstock, VA, in 2022, our practice is Nurse Practitioner owned and operated by Kelsey Cooper, FNP-C.
In 2025, One Heart Medical expanded to add two additional
Nurse Practitioners, Alicia Smootz, FNP-BC, and
Jennifer Davison, FNP-C. Our providers have extensive training in preventive medicine, chronic disease management, cardiovascular and diabetes care, as well as acute care services. We have a passion for educating, empowering, and helping others to manage their health.

We do not have a lab onsite at this time. All lab orders can be completed at a local hospital, LabCorp, or
Sunrise Laboratories.
We do offer in-office urinalysis, rapid COVID, rapid strep, and rapid flu testing if indicated.
